SPECIALIZED RECRUITERS FOR THE ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING SECTOR

We have the tools and manufacturing acumen to identify the people you need to keep the wheels of industry turning.

Concero Industrial Group is a recruitment firm that concentrates on the specific needs of the engineering and manufacturing sectors. It is a specialized division of the Concero Technology Group.

We recruit skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled personnel for everything from small workshops with only 15 people to medium-size manufacturing organizations with 1,000 employees in Missouri and Illinois.

We offer contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placements to organizations looking for all levels of manufacturing staff from the shop floor to the top floor.

FULL-SERVICE RECRUITMENT

At Concero Industrial Group, we take the burden of finding the right people off your shoulders.

  • Creating job descriptions designed to attract the right people.
  • Actively reaching out to candidates who meet your criteria to find out if they are open to a new opportunity.
  • Advertising positions where the right people will see them.
  • Meeting every candidate in person to verify both their suitability and their credentials
  • Developing a hand-picked shortlist of the top three to five best applicants. We do the resume reading, weeding and vetting.
  • Facilitating wage negotiations.

We know the industrial sector, and we have a database of skilled people looking for their next job.

Our recruiters aren’t just salespeople. We’ve worked in manufacturing, so we know how to speak your language. You won’t need to explain what OEM means, describe how a continuous-flow manufacturing process works or bring us up to speed on the program logic controller (PLC) system in your latest automation project.

OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

Jay Murchison

President and Senior Managing Partner

Jay began his career in the IT industry nearly 18 years ago. Since then, he has worked for local and global corporations and held various positions in sales and account management, but his real passion has always been networking.

As an owner of Concero, Jay created the culture and work environment that he has always wanted — lots of camaraderie, competition, and opportunity for financial and career success. And while success has many facets, Jay measures his through his team. From coaching each employee to achieve their best to finding the right candidates for Concero’s clients, it takes a team that is engaged, excited and people focused.

Jay earned a business degree in management from the University of Missouri, where he was a two-sport letterman (football and track). He was a four-year starter for the Mizzou Tigers football program.

Bet you didn’t know: Jay is only one junior college credit away from being a Rocket Scientist and Brain Surgeon.

Patrick Ruzicka

Chief Operations Officer

Patrick believes that enjoying your work and being successful amount to the same thing. He has seen firsthand how people who are happy in their work can make an enormous contribution to an organization.

With extensive experience in project-based IT staffing solutions, he has helped startups and Fortune 100 companies secure the resources needed to help their projects succeed, and make their companies grow.

Before he joined forces with co-owners Jay and Ben to form Concero, Patrick spent more than 13 years in IT sales recruiting and management. During that time, he saw the good – and the not so good – sides of the recruitment industry. Starting Concero was an opportunity to build a company that could adapt and improve on industry best practices.

Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fontbonne University and is a proud Griffin.

Bet you didn’t know: In Pat’s spare time he provides free haircuts for the Concero staff.

Ben Kandlbinder

Managing Partner

Ben is motivated by the idea that he can make a positive impact on people’s lives.

He demands hard work, dedication and a commitment to excellence from the Concero team, their consultants and their job candidates. His proudest moment is when a client describes Concero as a true partner.

Ben has worked in the IT field for more than ten years and understands the dynamics of connecting businesses and IT professionals. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Missouri State University, where he played Division 1 basketball. He was elected into the Missouri State University Hall of Fame in 2017.

When he is not working, you might find Ben playing golf or hanging out at the lake.

Bet you didn’t know: Ben was the world’s first six-year-old power lifting chamption.
